JOSEPHINE PHOENIX (Julia DAVIS)
Josephine Phoenix is a multi-hyphenated artist who has quite an obsession with oat milk cappuccinos, tulips, and a good Chianti. Career highlights include playing Bella in the Pulitzer Prize winning play Lost In Yonkers with Sarasota Jewish Theatre, Queenie in the musical The WIld Party with Area Stage, touring Europe and South America playing clarinet and guitar for Latin Grammy award-winning artists along with performing her One Woman Show Between Coconuts And Concrete directed by Joe Barros. A proud Stella Adler Conservatory alumni, she's always the happiest creating and living on stage with others. Thanks to my Mare & Pare and cuz Yaz for allowing my dreams to breathe. MACY McGRAIL (Katie)
Macy McGrail is an actor, comedian, writer, and native New Yorker. She is UCB-trained in improv with recent performances at Asylum NYC and on the UCB MainStage. JORDAN ALLEN BELL (JACK DAVIS)
Jordan Allen Bell, a staple presence in New York’s indie theater scene, is honored to be working on a revival of this significant play, Pied-À-Terre, exploring timeless trials akin to that of Job. Jordan consistently performs in Off-Off-Broadway productions and festivals, most recently as Northumberland in Boomerang Theatre Company’s Summer Shakespeare in the Park production of Richard II. On screen, Jordan has appeared in several HBO Max docudrama series, including Does Murder Sleep and Evil Lives Here, where his nuanced portrayals explore many facets of human nature. He also co-stars in the comedic sci-fi thriller Spooky Action (Amazon Prime), playing an Amish father entangled in a time-bending quest to save his son. Jordan’s passion lies in complex, psychologically rich characters, making Shakespeare’s fractured kings and wounded men a natural fit. His theater, film, and television credits can be found on IMDb.
Madeline Smith (Julia DAVIS UNDERSTUDy)
Madeline Smith is excited to be joining the Pied À Terre family! She is a writer and actor living in Brooklyn. Theater credits include Lou Gehrig Did Not Die of Cancer, 12 Angry Women, and her personal favorite Mr. Boom by Jake Fallon. Film credits include the award winning Tailor Shop. She studied acting at Playhouse West Brooklyn Lab.
ANASTASIA LIODORI (KATIE UNDERSTUDY)
Anastasia Liodori is an actress, singer-songwriter and martial artist. Last year she was in 8 short films. She played the lead role of Miri in The Shomer Play in a NY Theater Festival. She will take on role of Lucy in The Secrets of Lake Champlain, a feature film directed by Richard Rossi. Pied-À-Terre is her first Off-Broadway role, and she is thrilled to be a part of this production.

JOHN S. ANASTASI (Playwright)
Works written for the stage include In My Father’s Eyes, a play with music, produced at the Forum Theatre (New Jersey) and the historic Mishler Theatre (Altoona, PA), Stolen Lives, a two-character drama, presented at the Acorn Theater at Theatre Row. Pied à Terre enjoyed a successful Off-Broadway premiere at the Kirk Theatre at Theatre Row in 2007. Published by Samuel French, Pied à Terre has been produced at the Cork Theatre in Ireland and has been fully translated to Chinese and produced at the Shanghai Grand Theatre in China as well as multiple cities in China. I Forgive You, Ronald Reagan was produced Off-Broadway at the Beckett Theatre. It has been published by Dramatic Publishing of Chicago. Would You Still Love Me IF… was produced Off-Broadway at the New World Stages starring and directed by Kathleen Turner. Chasing Jack, a courtroom drama won best play at the New York Theater Festival and was presented Off-Broadway at the Jerry Orbach Theater. Run For The Roses, a full length screenplay has been optioned by Hangtime Films and will be in production in the near future. PETER J. LOEWY (Director)
Mr. Loewy has produced and directed over 100 plays and musicals over the years, from NY to London. He wrote and directed The Kid From Brooklyn, The Danny Kaye Musical as well as The House on Haunted Hill, a comic adaptation of the Vincent Price film. He started his career working on Broadway with librettist Michael Stewart and impresario David Merrick. He has recently created and written Sin City Rabbi, a reality series which centers around the first female rabbi/cantor in Las Vegas and Bottom of the Ninth, a new comedy series about senior softball. Natalie is a New York City based Stage Manager that is happy to call the Theater Center her home. Recent/ current credits include work on Friends! The Musical Parody (PSM, Wardrobe), Singfeld! An Unauthorized Parody Musical About Nothing (PSM, ASM, Wardrobe), The Office! A Musical Parody (PSM, ASM, Wardrobe), Perfect Crime (ASM), Wesley (PSM) and The Parts I Keep Inside (Lighting). Natalie is thrilled to be brought onto this production of Pied-À-Terre and would love to thank the cast, creatives and designers, as well as her mom, brother, and sister.
Andy Evan Cohen (Sound Design / Lighting & Projections Programming)
Andy’s recent work includes projections design for Murdoch: The Final Interview (Theater 555), Room 1214 (New Light Theater Project), and Fixing Frankie at ART/NY. Sound design & music credits include Forbidden Broadway: Merrily We Stole A Song; The Greatest Hits Down Route 66 (New Light Theater Project, Drama Desk Nomination for Orchestrations); The Lights Are On (Henry Hewes Award Nomination for Sound Design); and (A)Loft Modulation (Audelco Awards Nomination for Sound Design).
